One source of truth
Fighters, academies, bouts and results live in one place. There is no second version of the card that disagrees with the first.
Fewer messages
Fighter applications, academy details and profile corrections arrive through forms you send as a link — not through two hundred messages a week.
Ready for fight night
The card you build becomes the live screen, the broadcast overlay and the commentator's notes, without retyping any of it.
BEFORE AND AFTER
The same night, with and without
Today
With Fight Pulse
Six spreadsheets and none of them agree
One card everyone sees, updated the moment it changes
Two hundred messages a week chasing fighter details
A form you send as a link that comes back structured
Weigh-ins on paper, retyped into a spreadsheet afterwards
Weigh-ins recorded and locked on the spot
Names and records retyped for the commentator at eight
Overlay and notes generated from the same card
“Who has confirmed?” — then you search the chat
One screen showing what is still missing, at any moment

THE CARD
The card is built once

What it does
The whole promotion, from matchmaking to payouts
Every part of the job that currently lives in spreadsheets, chat threads and printouts.
Fighter registry
Profiles, fight history, records, coaches, academies and medical suspensions — updated once, current everywhere.
Weigh-ins
Weigh-in records per event, weights locked once they are final, and a clear view of what is still missing.
Money and logistics
Budget, fighter payouts, contracts, staff, travel and the run-of-show checklist for the night itself.
Applications and forms
Send a link to a fighter or a gym; details come back structured and pass through review before they reach the registry.
Broadcast
Live screen, stream overlay, entrance music and per-bout commentator notes.
Rankings and analytics
Rankings by sport and division, fighter comparison, and a picture of how the promotion is tracking.
Control and roles
Roles and permissions per team member, an audit trail, custom fields, email templates and data import.
Who it's for
Built for the people who put the night together
Promotions
Build the card, collect applications, close out weigh-ins, pay fighters and publish results — with your team inside, each in their own role.
Academies and coaches
Their own way in to enter fighters, submit details and keep profiles current, so it does not all have to route through you.
Commentary and broadcast
The card reaches the commentary desk with records, history and per-bout notes, in the shape you actually want them mid-broadcast.
Public reach
Your fighters get found
What you enter shows up on ranked.gr — the public directory of events, fighters, academies and rankings. Athletes get a profile they can share, without you building a separate page for it.
